The topics of unauthorized practice of law, types and validity of contracts, and an overview of the elements of a contract are covered in depth. Other areas addressed include the parol evidence rule, legally competent parties, unilateral and bilateral contracts, mutual agreement, assignment/novation, contract breach and misrepresentation.
